Installation Guide

 

"Welcome to Witalker by Witbor!

 

We're thrilled to have you here and are eager to enhance your workflow with our application.

 

We'll guide you step by step to set up Witalker easily and efficiently. Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

 

An active Suite Professional plan or higher.

Active integration of WhatsApp for Zendesk.

Active Meta Business templates.

Administrator permissions to create corresponding API connections.

 

App Installation

 

To install the app, simply follow this link to the Zendesk Marketplace and click on "Try for Free".

 

Then, connect your active Zendesk subdomain.

 

Payment Process

 

Once you've linked the App with your subdomain, we'll proceed with the subscription on the Stripe platform.

completing the details, click on "Proceed to Payment", accept the terms and conditions, and select "Start trial". Once the payment is done, you'll receive the relevant receipt and invoice in your email.

 

User Registration

 

Next, let's proceed with user registration. Follow this link and fill in the required fields with your Zendesk, subdomain, username, email user for payment, and password.

Once completed, click on "Submit" to generate your witborKey. Remember to keep this data secure, as no one will ask you to share it.

IMPORTANT: Store this data in a secure place. NO ONE will ask you to share it.

 

Retrieve Lost Credentials

 

Easily retrieve your witborKey!

 

If you need to recover your witborKey credential, simply follow these steps:

 

Access the following link and fill out the login form with your subdomain and the password you used when registering as a user.

 

Then, click "Submit". Done! We'll generate a new witborKey so you can continue using Witalker by Witbor.

 

Conversation API Creation

 

Our app uses the Sunshine Conversations module to send proactive messages. Navigate to this link: yourdomain.zendesk.com/admin/apps-integrations/apis/conversations-api

 

Click on "Create API Key" and name it "Witalker by Witbor".

Copy these keys to a notepad and keep them safe, as they should not be shared with anyone.

 

App Final Configuration

Navigate to yourdomain.zendesk.com/admin/apps-integrations/apps/support-apps and click on "Change Settings".

 

Complete the requested details:

Sunshine Token: Concatenate your Key ID and Secret Key the symbol ":"

Sunshine App ID: Enter the application ID generated by Sunshine Conversations.

Witbor Token: Enter the witborKey generated in the registration form.

 

Once configured, you can optionally adjust the final app parameters, such as enabling the creation of statistical tickets, setting the status, assigning an agent as the requester, hiding example templates from Meta, and restricting roles and groups.

 

Ensure the data follows this format:

 

Finally, click "Update", and you'll have Witalker ready to send notifications to your customers.
