How to create templates in Meta

Before we begin, it's important to understand the formats of templates that are not allowed. Make sure to review them before creating your own templates.

 

Step 1: Go to the following link

Step 2: Within the right-hand menu of the screen, look for and select the "create template" option.

Step 3: Enter the requested data in the form, ensuring to provide the necessary information.

Step 4: Input the text you wish to use in the template.

Moreover, you have the option to add buttons that act as actions. These buttons can be used in responses programmed within the intents of the Zendesk bot.

Step 5: Add the necessary buttons to your templates and assign a name to identify them.

Step 6: Publish the templates by selecting the "submit" button.

Step 7: Verify the details of your template, and you're all set! You have created a custom template that you can use in Witalker to communicate effectively with your clients.
